WHAT IT DOES

Every patient file, ready before they sit down.

Raisonance reads what you already have and gives it back to you structured, sourced and ready to act on.

Structure everything

Notes, patient files and existing reports become structured, verifiable fields you can trust, not a wall of text.

Prepare every appointment

Surfaces missing information, suggests anamnesis questions and recommends validated questionnaires before the patient arrives.

Clinical chat, with sources

Ask about a patient and get grounded answers, with clinical citations instead of unsupported guesses.

Audiometry and trends

Audiograms, PTA, hearing-aid fittings, motivation and daily usage tracked over time, visit by visit.

Reports in one click

Generate clean PDF reports from the structured record, ready to share or archive.

Your data, your rules

Run a local model, generate auto reports, and keep an encrypted S3-compatible backup.

THE WORKSTATION

HOW IT WORKS

From first note to signed report.

01

Import

Drop in notes, patient files and existing reports. Raisonance reads them as they are.

02

Structure and verify

Fields are extracted, checked and flagged where information is missing or uncertain.

03

Prepare and question

Get anamnesis questions and validated questionnaires tailored to the patient.

04

Report and export

Produce a clean PDF, generate an auto report, and keep an encrypted backup.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Patient data stays where you decide.

Run the model locally for on-device privacy. Backups are encrypted and S3-compatible; reports are generated automatically.

Local model

Run inference entirely on-device. No patient data leaves the workstation.

Local inference

Clinical inference runs on the desktop app's local model, not a hosted LLM endpoint.

Encrypted backup

S3-compatible, encrypted at rest. Your bucket, your keys.

Auto report

Automatic report output ready to share or archive.

LICENSING

One-year license. Yours to install.

Entitlement checks issue your license key, then protected downloads and licensed updates for a full year.

One-year license, billed annually. VAT excluded. Linux build today; Windows planned.

QUESTIONS

Good questions, plain answers.

Does patient data ever leave my workstation?

No. Model inference runs on-device. Backups are stored in a space you control and the data is encrypted.

Can I use my own AI model?

Yes. Raisonance uses a local model for clinical inference.

Which platforms are supported?

The current desktop version only supports Linux. Windows support is planned for a later release.

How does licensing work?

At purchase, a license key is issued so you can activate the software for one year. During that period, updates are installed automatically.
